Expos Juan Bell

I'm sure nobody cares, who would draft Juan Bell anyway?? In any case, I noticed that 1994 Montreal Expos Juan Bell is listed as a right-handed hitter (and played real-life as a right-handed hitter), but readings on the pitcher's card are done on the left side of the card.

The key at bat is bottom of the 10 inning against Dixie Howell. You're right...it is as if he were a lefty.

I don't know yet if he's lefty or switch. I start him tonight against a lefty (usually I prefer to play Lansing over Bell against lefties at second base). Any info George?

When the pitcher becomes fatigue the @ symbol can become a hit or a walk. So that might of been what happened.

IIRC the "@" is not used for the "black box" sliding scale for pitcher fatigue in the PC game engine. Also Howell was still F9 for that at-bat.

BTW, why do you think nobody would draft Juan Bell? His defense certainly doesn't scare me off, but then again I use 4's at 2b all the time with great success.

I don't get it. How do you know WHAT the roll was for Juan Bell? It just says he used the hit and run, and the result was a groundball that resulted in a forceout. They don't tell you what the roll was for bunts or hit and run plays.

Not the bottom of the 12th but the bottom of the 10th.

Bell hit a homerun on an opponent's card, on a clean hit (no hit and run), a 5-2 on Burdette, who has a BP homerun vs lh only.
