The extras will be called upon to fill in for any other participants who either miss event 4 altogether, or who miss the Tuesday March 22 deadline (latecomers)

If all 108 people in leagues 1 through 9 show up on time, then we may consider running a league 10. HoustonMetsFan, please be ready with a team - if you are otherwise shut out, and are ready with a team, then we will run league 10 with fillers. I will create a league 10, so get your team in there. Supersore, you can participate in event 4 as well, (and thanks for participating in event 3), but we won't run league 10 except if needed, and only if HoustonMetFan has his team ready by Tuesday March 22.
