All P no D theme league anyone?

Mykeedee, Yes. All players must start in a position where they are 3 or higher. It might be difficult to keep HAL from putting players in as defensive subs that would go against the initial league intentions, but if leaving the defensive sub page empty would help, I'm all for that. Maybe we can add a rule that no one with a range of 1 at any position can be drafted.

Do we want a DH or no DH? I have no preference. Like I said earlier, I really like the idea of limiting the player pool and digging deep for players that don't get used very often. If we decide to go with a 6 team league, maybe we consider dropping the salary cap a little.

I still haven't figured out how to set up a private league. Maybe I need to complete a roster first. I'll work on that tonight and hopefully have something before I turn in.

It's just like starting a public league. After you create your team, instead of joining an existing league, click the start your own league and set the perameters, you make it private by requiring a password. Once you have done that you can pm the password to everyone in the league.

No. 5th man can be a 50 cent throwaway. And I flipped a coin and chose DH league.

I'ma interested. For clarification, can you play anyone out of position thats a 2 somewhere else? With mykeedee talking about this, got me thinking that Hal will "manage" and likely just move em to those positions no? The other half of nels did an all 4 league with such a stipulation and notso interested here, but I younger part am! I think we can wait out for 12. Plus wouldn't 6 spoil and bit of the supply and demand and push up the ERA? Thats why maybe the 120mil cap worries me. 8 mil starters leave us with like 80 mil to spend on 9 hitters which is a ton? Regardless, supportive of this and all sweet theme leagues. Thanks!
