We need a super-majority to pass any of the proposed rule changes (16 yes)

Tally so far:

1. 19 yes, 0 no (5 yet to vote - but this has already passed)
2. 17 yes, 2 no (5 yet to vote, but this has already passed)
3. 13 yes, 6 no (5 yet to vote, too close to call)
4. 10 no's so far - so this will not pass

Point of clarification now that #2 has officially passed: does this mean that the only time any prospect can be promoted is prior to each year's cut deadline?

Apollo - This rule change will supplement and clarify #6 under the prospect rules for the league so that prospects can only be promoted prior to the cut deadline each spring. The sole exception would be if you make a lopsided trade during the season (ie 2 players for 1), then you could promote a prospect to your roster per #5 rule to fill out your roster.

Let me know if anyone disagrees with this.
