2015 regular set
$90 mm Salary Cap DH , not using new injury
6 rd draft draft 1 franchise then 5 round draft from players of remaining 18 teams
Total salary cap of 5 drafted players can't be more than $25mm,after draft rest of Free agents from 18 teams not chosen are off limits
Trades are allowed but must be done within framework of league salary cap once league is drafted
use stadium of franchise drafted
serpentine draft for 6 rds once league fills will ask for randomizer
1st rd team draft

EDIT: And what are the rules if we can not fill the remaining $65 from our selected franchise? I should have done the math before I selected the NATs but that card has been played.
