Still looking to move up in draft. I have a 5th round FA pick and 2nd round prospect pick in 2017 to offer.

Not to up the ante on Rosco, but I'll best that offer to move up. 2nd round this year, and my natural fourth round FA pick.

He was already skipped, is the draft on hold?

Since we are untimed for the holiday weekend, my hope was that thechamp would check in and pick before I gave Steve the go ahead to make his next pick, which he is ready to do. Pick 48 is thechamp's first pick of the FA draft. That he hasn't checked in at all since declaring his drops concerns me. I find it prudent to at least make a reasonable effort to contact him before moving much farther along. That way if, worst case scenario, we need to find a replacement, we won't penalize the new owner too much.
