The Toronto team is the best-suited franchise for this league - it's not even a debate. The list below is the total salaries by franchise in the regular set. Even with a conventional draft, the Blue Jays still would have had a decided advantage; they simply have the best arsenal of talent. It's up to all of us to maximize the talent on each of our teams to win as many games as possible. IMO, no need to change any rules now for this league. All suggestions for the next league are most welcomed, but I think that any team can win if the teams are properly built. (At least I hope so - I'm in a division with the Jays).
