I want to respect the commish's request to conduct trade details off this forum but if anyone is interested in moving some low buck extras you may have to drop anyway, please PM me. About all I have of quality is a few R1 relievers or platoon position players I could probably ditch. I have a lot of holes so you might have a platoon hitter the NATs could use.

6 rd draft draft 1 franchise then 5 round draft from players of remaining 18 teams
Total salary cap of 5 drafted players can't be more than $25mm,after draft rest of Free agents from 18 teams not chosen are off limits
Trades are allowed but must be done within framework of league salary cap once league is drafted
use stadium of franchise drafted
serpentine draft for 6 rds once league fills will ask for randomizer

Sounds good and gives us something to do to pass the time.

As far as salary cap. Are there any other rules besides stay under $90M total? I know we can't add more non-franchise FAs. Not sure I understand purpose of waiver period other than dumping excessive roster to under $90M and total player #s.
