just to confirm...a "prospect" is a player who has never had an at bat, or thrown a pitchin the majors. would called up but never got in game be eligible?

3. Only those players without MLB experience signed by MLB teams are eligible for any prospect draft. Prospect Eligibility: Prospects are defined as any player that has signed a contract with an MLB organization that has no MLB experience prior to the start of the current MLB season.

If they have yet to appear in a MLB game they are elgibile.

Also, any player signed after today(3/26/16) is ineligible for this season's prospect draft.
