Waiver Claim - Sufficient Funds

Important: In order for a Waiver Claim to be successfully processed, you must have enough funds to afford your desired player, assuming you are credited the salary for the player you've selected to drop (if any).

Does this mean if I have 4 million dollars and I try to add a 5 million dollar player with a drop of a 2 million dollar player I will be able to do so (if player is available) without being flagged for insufficient funds?

you'll be okay, as long as your roster respects the minimal roster criteria (2 catchers, etc)
