I haven't heard anything from them since Friday. What they actually replied was, "Yes, we will be able to do this for you but unfortunately we won't be able to get it until next week. In the meantime, can you send us a list of stadiums you want to use?". I sent them the stadium list, but we may have to show a little patience. Next week doesn't necessarily mean Monday morning.

the best and cleanest way to handle roster problems is that following the waiver period everyone has only players that have played for their team on their roster at that point F/A pick ups are allowed. I am not interested in a live draft if that is the way we go count me out. Bill

I'm with Bill in that I don't want to do a live draft either. But we did this process before with zero problems in either the draft or waiver period. The main advantage to allowing FA pickups in the waivers is that if I get unlucky in the draft and lose 4 of my top 5 picks I can get Reggie Jackson (or someone) as I have the top waiver pick. If we can't do FA until after waivers and I am driving home or in a meeting I may miss out on the FA that could really help my team.

Since we had zero problems in the last draft with this process I think we should be ok to keep it the same.

I have no interest in a live draft either so that is now ruled out. As I posted earlier we had no problems in the last draft and I expect things to go the same. Unless there is a reason to start things immediately I will start the League as soon as we have our draft set.

I know the auto draft can mess up some draft cards, and I say that we stick by the honor system and message right away if someone is on your roster in error (which could happen by trickle down effect since players could be on multiple draft cards and will need to be replaced) and report back if said person should have been in your draft. I say free agents should be able to be got during waivers as long as there is no one claiming they missed on a guy that they rightfully put on their draft.
