How are the salaries determined? Are they based on a 100M cap as opposed to an 80M cap?

In the 2015 set Mike Trout is 11.75M but in Baseball Daily he's 12.36M.

Question for SOM-will Baseball Daily be still available after the season is over? I would be happy to play it as the 2016 Set.

That wasn't my question. I want to know if we can play Baseball Daily after the season ends. Close enough to a 2016 set for me. Don't care if the cards and prices change in the official set.
