OK, looks like error in rosters since I updated them on May 3rd -- compound errors, actually:

4/29: Meat posts drops, keeps 29 (including Hicks) + Saunders (no card) = 30

5/3: Roster published at 29 (without Hicks) and question about keeping Street

5/3: Meat keeps Street and roster goes to 30 (without Hicks)

5/4: Meat gets Tulowitzki in trade and drops Utley; roster stays at 30 (without HIcks)

5/15: Meat drafts Herrera and Drury; roster goes to 32 (without Hicks) -- as currently published after pick #27

So on May 3rd, I somehow lost HIcks, who should have been in Meat's 30 -- and Meat kept Street, which should have taken him to 31, prior to the draft

Yes, Hicks should still be on Meat's roster -- but Meat then still needs to drop one more of the 31. I showed his team as legit at 30 only because I had lost HIcks
