Deja Vu League -- Season 28

Since we cut to 25 prior to FA draft, let new manager select 1-2 players from each teams cuts, give new manager 2 propsect picks at the end of 2015 and 2016 drafts, add 2 FA picks at end of 4th and 5th rounds.

I think giving the new manager extra drops (in addition to having no early picks there's not really much on the current roster either) and first access to everyone else's drops makes sense. I'm also not totally opposed to offer additional prospect picks at the end of the prospect draft.

Also Terry, since the prospect draft is randomized, do you think we can establish the draft order relatively soon so that we'll have a better idea of where we stand in terms of trades? And thanks for the results tab. It's interesting to see how many of us have been here for all 10 seasons so far.

I am ok with whatever is best for the league, I have no preference
