2016 Mystery Card Tournament - Final 12 Voting

Here are the items that the final 12 have voted on in the past. It has been majority rules on the votes.

Which set? Vote for 1st choice (2 points) and 2nd choice (1 point)

Salary Cap. $80M or $100M?

DH: yes or no? Note: You can vote separately by set (e.g., no DH for 60s, but DH for 90s)

"Live" Draft (on the message boards) or Autodraft? If live, the drafting order would be based on the final overall standings with #1 in points getting the #1 pick, etc. and then snaking around for subsequent rounds (i.e., round 2 is 12, 11, etc). We probably would aim for 10-12 rounds for the "live" draft (probably between 1-2 weeks), and then everyone fills out the rest of their draft cards with players not taken in the live draft.

Unique Stadiums (i.e., everyone in the league has to have a different stadium)? Yes or No? If auto draft, probably just let owners draft stadiums based on final standings (1-12), if live draft we could include the stadium as part of the draft.

Repeat Stadiums (can you reuse the stadium from your prior team in that set)? yes or no?

Divisions: random divisions vs. seeded divisions (1/6/7/12; 2/5/8/11; 3/4/9/10)?

Top 10 look to be safe now (only 2 teams 10th below can get over 376 points), but most final positions still up in the air. Looks like Hakmusic and ggrover15 are playing in a finals for an 11th spot. I think MichaelGrammes currently has tiebreaker on Hakmusic, but one (or both if Hakmusic loses its finals) can also be passed by Rube if they win their finals. I think 4 teams fighting (or 3 fighting and 1 hoping) for 2 final spots. Am I missing anything?

I'm still stunned that I ended up qualifying, I thought for sure my 90's team would go in the tank and knock me out. Just hoping to hold my own in the finals.

Message board draft definitely adds to fun. Include stadiums in message board draft as well. That adds some skill as to whether to reveal stadium early....
