when and how do you change

your teams name? been in a couple of leagues lately with 2/3 teams with almost the same name

As long as the league has not begun play, just click on "Your Team" at the top and you'll see the dropdown option to change team name/manager line. But this can only be done before the league starts (ie, choosing players or pre-season. After the league starts, you'll have to ask Strat to change it.
