Also, there was a deal made between myself and Heekin effective the end of season 1 that isn't recorded in the Google Doc yet. I gave Erasmo Ramirez in return for Charlie Blackmon, 1-for-1 It was posted in this forum on May 8, back on page 75.

Did we ever establish exactly who is eligible to be drafted? I feel that eligibility for a supplemental draft is typically limited to those who were eligible for the free agent draft that year. But the wording of the rules is vague here so it does open the door to the possibility of players who made their debut in 2016 being eligible for this draft. We definitely need to establish who is eligible before the draft starts (and if it does include players to debut this year, it would have to be limited to those who debuted before our draft starts, correct?)
