I think this is our most balanced league, since I've been in the NLD. My calcs show a stdev of 17 for expected run differential - with a spread from +23 to -23. That's tight!
I'm not sure if its since I dropped Stanton or not, but over the last 22 games, my team in 17-5. My math tells me then, that I started the season at 10-19.
I know that Votto was absolutely terrible the beginning of the season. And Stanton was either injured, or under performing when healthy. I added an arm in the bullpen, but he has only 9 innings pitched since I added him.
Eh, shrugs...
I don't know what the identity of this team is yet. Guess i'll find out in the next couple of days...

Well, the results are certainly showing that kind of parity. I'm holding off a bit on full ratings given that Semper and Jeep keep making moves!

Actually MG, Stanton's last game was game 20. You got 10 games out of him. I know he didn't hit for average, but out of his 7 hits, 2 were HRs and 2 were 2bs.
I'm sure a 15 game inj precipitated Hawk's drop of Guttierez, and now 11 games wearing the Accent uniform he goes down 15 for me. In steps S Marte, having to shake off the rust of not playing due to a contract dispute. Things are resolved now, and Marte is ready to play ball. Additionally, Rosario was given his unconditional release due to non-production. Taking his place Matt DenDekker, back after a short-lived run in the season's beginning.
