Can I switch parks. Riverfront is old and needs rebuilding?

If you wanted to switch parks you needed to draft it with your supplemental pick ( then you get a player at end of supplemental draft) that is according to league rules

I went back and found these rules from a few seasons ago.


first the draft, 4 round snake draft of players, then round 5 will be a stadium draft. I will run a randomizer to determine order of stadium draft by the end of round 1.

Season
Keepers are for 5 years, then we have complete re-draft.

After Each season, we can keep 3 players (you can change keepers year to year based on your roster) and then will have a 1 round draft for a 4th player out of all available players sans the 36 keepers. Order of this 1 round draft is based on W-L record after game 141 (worst record gets first pick, 8th worst gets #8 and then playoff results determine #9-12).
Stadiums stay with you season to season.
In the 1 round draft you can choose to change stadiums and then you will be able to draft a player at the end of that round.
If a keeper is cut he can be picked up by another manager.

First year divisions will be assigned randomly by Strat. Then we determine divisions in subsequent seasons based on record in previous year. Worst 4 teams will be in East, next 4 in Central and the 4 playoff teams will be in the West.
$80 million league with 5/10/20 waivers.

And who is up to draft?

Round five is only for re-draft years. I am ok with altering that rule to say in redraft that your stadium can be taken in any round.
