HAL will not pull starter

It is very frustrating that I have Ron Schueler in the 70's game set on 6 IN max as a starter and 2 games in a row, HAL has left him in for more than 6 IP. My bullpen is rested, plenty of relievers available and yet Schueler keeps pitching. Why would HAL do this?

Make sure his Don't Rel. B4 setting is blank.
