In my first 9 finals I was 1-8

I hope Hal doesn't like me (1-8 in finals) that much 1-5 is bad enough. Well at least my kids love me. At least I think they do Happy Fathers Day to all you dads.

Of all the managers here who have been to six or more finals, about 9% of them will have lost 5 of the last six. Sorry to see it happen to you, but it's far from a rare thing.

If you don't believe me, get six coins and flip them 100 times, and count how many times they come up 5 tails. Shouldn't take more than a couple of minutes to prove it to yourself.

$100m- 12 team league- lost semi's in 6
$80m - 12 team league- lost semi's in 5
$75m- 12 team league- lost semi's in 6
and for good measure
$45m- 12 team league- swept in the finals

That's 1 championship in the last 10 playoff appearances out of my last 24 teams.
For most of us, that is the way it goes.
For some though, winning championships is almost like shooting fish in barrel.

In all I have 5 championships out of 12 finals made (25 playoff teams) in ATG 8.
Not great, but at least I'm in the hunt about 50% of the time.
