If someone steals a player, can you steal it back?

I'd guess no fsbaseball as that wouldn't be fair to teams that don't have the chance to do so due to drafting earlier in the 5th round but it's jeep's call so.......

along those lines, can a player be stolen more than once? If team A steals a player from Team B, can Team C steal that player away from Team A? And if so, is there a limit to the number of times a player can be stolen? I guess ultimately that would be 11 if everyone did it, but is there a cap?

here's another one....I read it as you may only steal players from a team's franchise players. is that accurate? or can you steal a player from an owners 3 picks from the unselected teams (rounds 2-4)?

Currently at a Drs appt, but the Stolen Player cannot be re-stolen. The stolen player can be any player, whether Franchise or one of the players picked in Rds 2-4. I will adjust the rules when I get home later.

All players drafted in Rds 2-5 must come in at 25mil or less.
