All, I've started a new, Private League for ATG8 Post-WWII ($100 million, w/DH) called "Break Up The Yankees." At a high level, each team drafts a specific franchise in this set but the Yankees are not allowed - all their players will be available in a 2-round supplemental draft or to be taken as one of 3 additional "non-franchise" free agents. Full rules appear below. Please sign up with your User Name if you are interested.

1) Franchise Draft – Once 12 players have agreed to play (via Message Boards), a randomizer will be run to determine draft order. Players will then select one franchise until all 12 slots are filled. Note – NO ONE may draft the Yankees as their franchise. All those players will be available in the supplemental draft (see below). In terms of understanding which players each Franchise has rights to, these rules apply:
a. Players that played for multiple teams are assigned to the team for which they played the most (as measured by AB’s for hitters, IP for pitchers). Example: Barry Bonds is a Giant and not a Pirate for the purposes of this league. Yankee players are defined the same way (Goose Gossage is considered a Yankee, not a Padre and therefore is not eligible to play for San Diego). If the team for which a player played the most is not drafted, then that player is a free agent for the league. For example, if no one drafts the Mariners, Ken Griffey Jr. would be a free agent and would not belong to the Reds.
b. Throughout the season, a Franchise may only use a card for a given player that corresponds to that Franchise. For example, if a player selects the Reds as his franchise, he owns the 1961 Frank Robinson card. All other Frank Robinson cards (Orioles) are not eligible.
2) Supplemental Draft – Following the Franchise Draft, a 2-round supplemental draft will be run (also via Message Boards) in the reverse order of the franchise draft (not a snake draft). All players who are not property of a selected franchise are available, with the exception of Negro Leagues, which are excluded.
3) League Start/AutoDraft – Once the Supplement Draft has been held, the league will be opened (league password distributed via PM). Players then add their assigned players (both Franchise and Drafted) and AutoDraft runs once all teams are in.
4) Waiver Period – For the waivers, teams may claim up to THREE more players that are Free Agents. They still retain the rights to any Franchise players that they drop during this time. No team may carry more than FIVE non-Franchise players during the season.
5) Stadiums – Any stadium in the ATG 8, Post WWII set that the Franchise played for is eligible to be used.
