Please note: The Steal a Pick rule has been modified. I don't think it's fair to lose a "core" player from our Franchises. One suggestion brought to me was protecting a player at the time of Franchise pick. I'm going to take it a step farther by saying a player stolen from our Franchise can be no more than $5 mil. All players over 5mil in salary are protected. On the other hand, the player picked during the player draft in Rounds 2-4 are fair game, any salary. And an Owner that loses a player from those picks (rds 2-4) can subtract that players salary from their 25mil to spend on non-franchise players. For example, an Owner has spent 20mil on the three players he picked in Rounds 2-4. He has a player stole that costs 4mil. He then has $9mil to spend on his non-franchise players. $16m (20-4) + 9 = $25m
