Couple questions (looking at Reds/Indians)

Would the Redstockings, Naps, and other iterations of these franchises be included in the eligible player pool?

Negro league players who never played in the majors are ineligible for all? Or are they eligible after Waivers?

Negro league players who did play...can you use their NeL card?

Are players who go unselected in the draft eligible to go on the Reds/Indians in waivers?

You may use any Strat-O-Matic card year if your player has played in a portion of a game for one of your chosen teams.

Alex Rodriguez would be eligible to play for Seattle Mariners, Texas Rangers, and New York Yankees.

Cleveland Indians are next team to enter league.

The Negro League Players are not eligible to be drafted until waivers with the exception of a Negro League Player who was a member of a Major League Baseball Franchise for a portion of a game during his professional career.

I am confident once the draft is completed that you will have a few Negro League Players placed on your roster by HAL, if this happens please release the highest salary card and then release the other remaining Negro League players during waiver claims.

Your roster should be cleared of Negro League players once waivers claims are processed, at that time all remaining
Negro League players are available on a first come, first served basis.
