D2D trash talk and draft comments thread

again, discuss here, but send me an email with your vote....I've got an email folder set up for the league and I'm storing all votes in there. pretty even so far. 8 emails sent in and gbrookes and hveed will make 10 (send me an email just so I don't have to look back in here when I'm adding them all up.)

I would like to revisit heekin65's idea of a Baseball 365 version of this league. This could fill in the gap before or after the second season, depending on how the vote goes. I doubt all 24 managers will play, but who's interested?

I was wondering if we could get 12 managers. Take the first 12 managers. That may be feasible. Daily League. Yes

I am fine with whatever. I have a bunch of keepers going, so would be happy to wait. But if the majority want to start now I am fine with that too.

Nothing at all against those of you that would like to do a daily league, but don't count on me.

For those of you who may have missed my email last week, here are the results of the poll about when to start the next league:


Opt 1 (start now): 4 votes

Opt 2 (start Aug 1): 3 1/2 votes

Opt 3 (start after Labor Day): 9 1/2 votes

since then, I had one more vote for Opt 1 and one more vote for Opt 3.


so we will begin season two just after Labor Day (first week in September). Thanks and enjoy the rest of your summer.
