45m League- full thanks

All this talk about new cards and how to choose them probably won't bring much for guys who like to play the really low caps. So I thought I would throw this out here and see if 12 are interested.

45m, DH, auto-draft, waivers, 5-10-20 drop
All Ballparks must be single digit for both Singles and Homers
All SP must be under 3m
All RP-only must be under 2m

Any Interest?

Put me down as a maybe. I'm interested in a low cap league but not with all the qualifiers.

Why the restrictions? $45m is fun, give the people freedom to build as they see fit.

I agree 45m is really fun, but I thought it might be just as fun to play within some parameters, maybe see some pitchers that we don't always see in these leagues. I like the challenge that restrictions place on creating the team. If not enough people sign up I can always restructure to eliminate the restrictions.
