Fair point. I was just hoping they would be Closers first, but that may not be practical.

Andy makes a great point. I'm real excited about Luis Castillo getting love, but like Vizquel, we have to be real careful to not just add a guy's greato season (ESP when they're a hall of really good, because for OUR OWN SAKES, nobody wins, the high caps don't get a Bonds, and the low caps get a over-priced guy who can't hit.

Super excited about Castillo though despite the example, I know one of his years is a 5L or something, but prob not 03 but 04 so it looks studly unless it is just as i described above.

CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG BUT ADDING ATG PLAYERS WHO'VE RETIRED YET DON'T HAVE A CARD SHOULD BE A PRIORITY?

Konerko, Soriano, Chavez, Carpenter, ---------------------> I'd propose these guys should not so much count towards franchise, but should go in RIGHT AWAY, then Filling out some of the despicable holes in franchises and supaplayer gaps, then crazy redundant .900 OPS seasons from franchises/price ranges that likely don't need/want too much.

I'm aware that Strat re-prices single season cards when they add players to ATG. Question: Do they also re-calculate the card data, too?

Well, I see that some of the links Frank posted are from mystery games, where there is ONE defensive rating for the five cards. I would think you'd actually get the defensive rating the player had for that PARTICUALR year instead of the rating you may see on the card. I don't think the offensive card would change though. Correct?

Exactly what Andy says. The only changes I've ever seen are the defensive ratings when the card is from the Mystery Games. The offensive card remains the same. At least that is what I have saw when cards have been added. Lets hope this remains the same.
