I'm ruling Hendrix can pick at 10am. That's more than the T.L. for Rburgh including all night when the clock wasn't running.

If you're going to be away for a few hours consider alternatives. Let someone know your ph number where someone can text you when your turn is up. Give you the letter, look at some pre-made notes, tell them your pick.

Splinter, Paul, Falcon, Geekor, and myself have constantly texted each other and helped out when someone was going to be out of pocket.
