Dual franchise league needs one manager to fill league

We need one more manager to fill out our league. This is the eleventh season in the Dual Franchise league. Each manager gets to draft 2 franchises from the post WW II set and has the rights to players on said rosters. You need not commit for more than one season , many players however opt to come back whereas the draft is based on the previous season and allows for an even playing field over several seasons. Further rules are explained below in the post entitled Dual Franchise Season 11.
As soon as we get one more manager we can start the draft . Anyone interested please post here and we can get this league started.
