For now, I've asked them to immediately suspend all transactions with his team. He, along with any manager(s) involved in his obviously lopsided trades will be kicked out of the tournament and declared ineligible for the playoff rounds (if they even have a record good enough to qualify)

I would love to hear what the intent is. Players getting swapped back and forth in lopsided deals. At least one team sitting on nearly $15 million of unused payroll. Never seen anything like this.

Barnstormers Tourney has a rule that your salary can't be any lower than 90% of the starting point, specifically to prevent this.

Dumping: If a manager drops his team salary below 90 percent of the original starting salary, please report this to me immediately. I will ask OnlineGameSupport to return the team to its previous state above 90 percent and lock the manager out. If this situation occurs with the same manager twice, that manager will be disqualified and prohibited from participating in any future 2016 Tour events.

I traded back for players because he was willing to and the players that i was getting back had a decent stats with my team. Yes i have 14 mil available because i am trying to find the right players to succed. My past experiences with superstar players of 5 million or more has not been very good. Just look at the stat of those players that i had on this team and you will see why they were released and that i have alot of cash available. I was trying something new by keeping cash available ..

I would also like to apologies for not respecting the 90% salary rule. I know it's no excuse but it had completely slip my mind. I guess playing in too many league can cause confusion and a heart attack at the begin of august hasn't help.But i made a mistake and didn't respect the rules so i have to submit to the consequences of my actions. I deeply regret my gesture and apologies to everyone in the tournament and hope to be able to return next year.
