It's totally my fault. Who ever created the league, please contact SOM to randomize divisions. I'll do the same.

Just an FYI, I may pop out for a minute or two to fix something on my team.

Seems the league has been changed to random selection for team placement in the divisions. So, all teams should be able to enter when ready.
