Passes away at 24 in boat accident yesterday. So very sad.

Yeah. I will always remember Arnold due to the fact my Grandpa looked just like him. Also loved golf. :D

I'm not too sad about Palmer's death. He lived a full and wonderful life. But Fernandez. Just beginning.

I was totaled when I heard this news. He was such a joy to watch pitch or hit, on the basepaths or in the dugout. He will be sorely missed. God Bless his family and loved ones. Such a sad tragedy. RIP J.F. :(

What could he have done with a full career.

This is the first time I have seen a baseball player lost before he could be one of the top players of all time. He was a great pitcher that only would have become a legend for sure. This just sucks and we lost someone special.

Closest I have seen to a potential HOF career being snuffed out would be JR Richard whose career was cut short by stroke if I remember right. I have seen many players die too young over the years in accidents. But not sure if there has ever been one with more potential. Or forget potential because he was already one of the best pitchers in the game. The movement on his pitches was incredible.
