Please clarify. What is meant by the cut off years? If a player played for a team before the cut off year but kept playing after is he eligible?

A player is eligible for your roster if he played in one game for your chosen franchise.

The Negro League Stars are not available until waivers are processed a couple days from original draft.

I added year to a few of the franchises to hopefully make it easier to determine if your player qualifies for a particular team.

We are ready for the Western Division clubs to enter slots 9, 10, 11, and 12.

bontomn - Your team name should be New York Yankees, New York Highlanders, or New York Mets

Ironwill1 - Your team name should be Cincinnati Reds, Cincinnati Redlegs, Cincinnati Red Stockings, Philadelphia Phillies, or Philadelphia Quakers.

I'll change the name after the draft, but I would think that using both of your teams in your name would make it simpler for everyone to know just whom they're dealing with.

What are the roster limitations after completion of waivers/free agency?

Can I assume your roster must be all players who have played for one of your designated franchises, plus Negro League players?
