New League - 4 half team league +1+1

If a player is eligible for multiple teams, he is NOT a free agent, but a "restricted" free agent. If the team with the highest priced card does not select him in the autodraft, only the other teams that have cards for that player may select him in waivers or free agency.

If a manager drafts a player that belongs on another team, that will be fixed by a trade prior to waivers running.
