Isn't Wilhelm the same issue? He has lower priced cards claimed by other franchises.

Wilhelm is not eligible because one of his cards is on a selected franchise.

I should have asked this question first before drafting Wilhelm, can i draft him since his most expensive card is an Oriole and the Oriole pitchers are FA? Then after waivers i plan on using Willhems 5.66 reliever card.


So i cant draft Charlton either because someone has the Reds pitching staff even tho Charltons most expensive card is FA?

For a player to be a FA, he cannot have be carded to any of the selected franchises.

Best RPs available would be guys like Rhodes and Quisenberry - Charlto, for example, is not eligible because he has a Reds card and the Reds are owned, even though the mariners are not.

I don't think so - because Whitesox have first dibs on him through the autodraft, and then the Angels have second shot at him in waivers.

Please clarify and sorry again if this went over my head from before, With a player like Hal Newhouser, do I have to list his most expensive card on the AD? His 3 highest priced seasons are all with the Tigers so can I use his lowest priced Tiger card for the AD? After the AD i plan on using HN's Cleveland reliever card.

Nope - because you own the highest priced card and thus have first ownership rights, you can put any of his cards on your draft card and use any of his cards during the season.
