Considering all your divisional rivals have small ballpark for right-handed players, even though you're playing in US Cell, the end result is that you play in the equivalent of a neutral stadium.
If you plan to play them in rf, then to me, it's obvious that Stanton is the better card. Stanton's defense is 2e7(-3). Compared to a baseline that I set at roughly rf3e11(+1), I set Stanton's defense value at roughly 1M. In turn, Cruz defense is worse than a rf3e11, his defense probably cost 0.4M compared to the same baseline. Stanton has a slightly better card offensively, and you have Reimold to back him up in case he gets hurt.
So if you're playing Stanton at dh, you're basically wasting 1.4M of his value compared to Cruz. I would then say that Cruz has the edge because of his playing time. In that case, I would recommand that you cut Reimold, pick up a cheaper dh-replacement and put the money elsewhere.
