DUAL FRANCHISE LEAGUE NEEDS 1 MANAGER TO FILL OUT LEAGUE

We are looking for one more manager to fill out our league. This will be the twelfth season of the DUAL Franchise League. Rules are explained in the individual League chat forum entitled Dual Franchise League 12. We are using the Post WWII set, 145 million salary cap, 5% cut, using a DH with no waivers.
The league theme is that each manager gets to draft 2 franchises and has rights to all players from the 2 franchises. . There are some exceptions for this coming season and all rules are explained in the league chat forum entitled DUAL FRANCHISE LEAGUE 12. The draft had already started so once we get one more player we can get the league up and running very quickly. Please check out our league forum and rules in the individual league chat forum.
