I thought the same thing. Here comes another post compaining because they thought they had a team that should be 50-10 but is only 32 and 30. Wild game.

Title Wave should have been using the Babe Adams super reliever strategy and then this could not have happened. :lol:

Good thing for the 889ers Hershiser came in to turn in a stellar relief outing to set the stage for that 9th inning come back.

Did I read that right. Mize pinch ran for Cochrane and scored the tying run? You HAL critics should apologize. I would never have thought of sending Mize in to pinch run. And what a brilliant job done as a GM to have that speedster available on the bench just in case he was needed in the 9th of a close pitchers duel.

The home team led by 16 runs and lost. The mlb record for a comeback win is 12 runs, I think.
