New League Forming - Race to the Bottom - need 1

Question: pitchers who can start and relief should they be > 2.5 million or > 1.5 million ?

Coffeeholic discussed it earlier this month, and it got me itching to try this. So, without further adieu, I'd like to announce that the Race to the Bottom League is now open!

Here are the rules:
100M, 5% drop, waivers, no DH
Autodraft
No stadium restrictions
I have confirmed with SOM Support - credits will be awarded opposite - worst record receives 2 credits, 2nd worst receive one credit- rather than league winners

Now, we don't want a league full of nickel turds, so the roster rules are fairly simple:

All position players must be $2.5M or higher
All SPs must be $2.5M or higher
All RPs must be $1.5M or higher

This should provide plenty of roster flexibility, and little penalty for drop/adds, since you should have 25-40M available post-draft.

Any other brave souls care to give this a shot? I only ask two things:

1) Stay with the theme - if you are winning too much, don't surrender and pick up studs to rack up wins for your managerial record
2) Be creative!

I used $1.5 for RP only. Any SP/RP guys I kept at $2.5. Will wait for ruling from Treyomo who set up league but this made sense to me.

I have been operating under the assumption that RP onlys are a $1.5 minimum and all other pitchers $2.5.

Another question: should there be a requirement that we fill every position on the field? A team could, for example, choose exclusively catchers to fill every lineup slot. In fact, that's what I started doing until it started feeling like it was against the spirit in some way. Can we have a ruling on that? Thanks.

RPs only are 1.5+, anyone with an SP designation must be minimum of $2.5M.

See rule #2 from my list regarding roster composition - if you think fielding 15 catchers, or 2 horrific catchers and 13 RFs is your path to "victory", be my guest. No rules at all other than no giving up and signing Ruth and Mantle midway through.

FYI - the league is already formed - password "garbage". I did change the release penalty to 5% for the entire season to give more flexibility to drive different things.
