NLD 43 - Check in for NLD44

Lucked out with two come-from-behind one-run wins over Semper last night. Then lost another Kershaw-Keuchel match-up.

The West is looking like a very tight race, so far.

I really need Teixiera to stay injury-free for awhile. He will have missed 21 of the first 70 games.

As we near the mid-point of the season, the west *is* definitely the "wild, wild, west"! A three-way tie for first and Semper is only 3 back

Interesting to note that none of the teams are over .500 in one run games so far. Weird.

Yeesh, my division is ALL over .500.

Meanwhile in the Central, only one team is over .500!

At least the East is "normal" with two up and two down.

Ratings would say that it's a two team race in the West and Central (actually could make a case for three teams in the Central) and Stoney is the class of the east although Jeep is close enough to make a run.

Fairly close to the actuals with Falcon and GB being the biggest variants. Jeep I guess is a bit below too.

Yeah, there are a couple of anomalies that I *think* will settle out, but it's pretty close so far.

I thought about doing the comparisons, but I think I'll wait till there's a bit more data. I took a quick look at the records and we're all still so close that it's hard to make much out of it. I'll probably wait another week to 10 days.

First time my crew has appeared at the top of the ratings.

Of course, they immediately completed a speedy 2-8 plunge from the top of the West down to the bottom.

I did a fielding performance calculation after 81 games. Roughly my numbers represent runs saved/given by defense, using OF Assists, GDPs, Errors, xHits, xOuts, SB, CS, PB. Here's what I came up with:
