Confirming Franky's comment re rules. Please note that 60s is still "no DH", but that will be only era without a DH.
Commissioner reserves final judgement on all rule interpretations.
Commissioner is eligible to compete and win prizes if successful.
Any and all help is most welcome.
Commissioner reserves right to arrange divisions and run league formation in the way that seems best with appropriate randomization and control, as best as he can, as he sees fit.
