One suggestion I would throw out there right now: strongly, strongly emphasize the 4-season requirement rule. Boldface, italics, bashing participants in the head with a club, whatever. Yes, emergencies/accidents happen, but the rules and guidelines are laid out well in advance for everyone and there is plenty of time to submit teams for each round. There really shouldn't be a need for more than a couple of fillers. I would even propose that anyone who "bails" and doesn't fulfill the 4 team quota without communicating with the commissioner be barred from future Mystery Tourney participation.
