How about a 6 round live draft for these guys?

This way we would get 72 cards used...

Absolutely...see the rules from my original note...
ALL 75 cards will be drafted, which means if you have one of the top 3 picks you'll also get one of the 3 lowest rated (by this group of managers) players.
None of these cards can be dropped
These cards have to be full time starters as the whole point is to see them in action.
