EDIT: And I am a Padres fan so there's that.

I tend to agree with you, and have no emotional connection to the Padres (other than I think Preller was the worst GM I've ever seen)

The guy who really got screwed, IMO, was Maybin

Oh god, not Maybin. haha

I recall when Maybin was a Padre. He would sometimes take other than linear routes to the baseball. Maybe he's still doing that in Detroit?

Wasn't my favorite player as a Padre.

Not sure about that, but LBB projected him as a 1, and SOMworld projected him as a 2

Yeah, I enjoy it. Especially for keeper leagues, which I'm in quite a few

I heard Corey Seager played much better SS this year. Strat doesn't think so.

I am loving that hitters projections file at SOMworld. Wow. I hope they prove accurate.

Odor may not have got a fair rating. But how about the infield of current and former Rangers?

Chris Davis a 1 at first Still upset about that trade
Mitch Moreland a 1 Now in Boston of course.
Justin Smoak a 2 Tossed in because at one time all 3 of these were in our minors and there was a debate which one should take over from Tex after he was traded.

Kinsler a 1 at second And there were skeptics when I said he had gold glove potential

Beltre a 1 at third

With Elvis only a 2 and Odor a 4 will get shorted on double plays off the fielding chart. And since that combo turned so many double plays can I assume the pitchers will have an extra measure on their cards?

And look at all those 4s on Oakland. Guess money ball does not value defense.

On the spreadsheet in general would it have killed them to include the e ratings?
Wouldn't it have been nice if they had included the catcher and OF arm ratings?

I was expecting a better rating for Trea Turner on the Nationals.
For those who saw more of him than I did was he that bad a fielder or is that the standard bad rating often given to rookies with limited playing time sample?
