Do you have any that come to mind. The one player that jumps out at me is Chuck Klein.
His 1930 card, in which he had the highest BA/OB and OPS has a rating of less than 50% both sides yet his 1933 card which all of his numbers are lower than 1930 he is over 50% on the card both sides. Makes no sense to me. Any others you guys come across that make you ponder?
1930 was a completely nutso offensive season, so, although Klein had his best statistical season, compared to all of baseball it wasn't as "great" a season as some of his others when compared to the competition of a particular season.
