17.1 PPD, Role Players Poll - Stage 3 Closed

The next Card Add focus will be non-EXP cards, but I want to leverage our 16.2 vote so here's the breakdown by group of the card adds for 17.1. 17.1 is expected to be in March.

1) 6 EXP Cards (3 each Pitcher and Batter)
2) 10 PostPreDB (PPD) Cards (5 each Pitcher and Batter)
3) 4 Low End Role playing type Cards from PPD
4) 5 Cards from the PPD ERAs, any combo of Pitcher/Batter

Obviously these guys are way more obscure than our typical ATG card adds. The goal in this round is to vote in players that can fill part time roster spots or be that utility guy/specialist. If we've done our job these cards will be priced sub $2-3mil. If this works its something to consider for a broader card add.

Personally prefer to add the 33 Rogell and 45 Potter to the set later instead of their lesser cards listed here. Maybe we can add a few usable cards here to give some more cheap infield options.
