Can someone explain the salary cap for this league?

Last time it was 91 million but I believe this time is going to be 100 million however being the owner of a $66 million team I would prefer 66 million

OK, I spent a few minutes checking to see if any of the team salary totals have changed since the last time this concept was played, and it appears that none of the new ATG cards since then affect the teams or the salaries. So we'll go with the divisional alignments as set out above, with thanks to rolandzeut! For everyone's general information, those were the *approximate* team salary totals that Marc arrived at when he first created this concept. They might be off by a couple of million dollars, but they're close.
