Great response to the check-in so far. Maybe it was my awful fantasy football season or just the end of the holidays, but I am ready for baseball and strat. With that said, I’m open to trading these guys individually or as a package. For top 3 listed I would want something very good in return. Looking for pitching, but open to other thoughts as well.
Trevor Story – His .909 OPS and .567 slugging % was highest of any shortstop last year (including Correa, Seager, Lindor, Bogaerts, etc.). And while an injury did end his season, he still managed more HRs than any of the above guys.
Robinson Cano - .882 OPS, 39 HRs, and he’s going to be a 2B-1 this year.
Javier Baez – 2B-1, SS-2, 3B-2, lefty masher (.850 OPS) and future star?
Victor Martinez - . 826 OPS, 26 HRs, .289 Avg., .351 OBP
Mychal Givens – Possible set up man for now and future? Only 26 years old. 96 K’s in 74.2 innings, 3.13 era, 1.27 whip
Michael Brantley – Former star – injured last year, so no card. Only 29 years old. Could be good for someone rebuilding for next year.
Trevor Rosenthal – former closer who Cards are trying to turn into a starter. Again best for rebuilding team.
Jaime Garcia – Possible 4th or 5th starter.
Andrew Heaney - Former 1st round draft choice, only 25 years old. No card for this year, but pitched 6 one-hit shutout innings in game 7 of most important game in Conway Fiddlers history. Again good for rebuilding team.
Adam Lind – lefty DH? 19 hrs vs. righties
