While we wait for another Barnstormers Tour to start, I figured I'd take a closer look at the current ATG Players Set
I've played PRE vs POST Theme Leagues and they are not really all that even. I downloaded the Excel Sheets and did the math. This (not taking into account duplicate cards) is about even in DOLLARS. The EAST probably is a bit short changed because of the varying HIGH DOLLAR cards but not by much. I think it's worth a try.
I'd like to try this:
This will be a $140 mil DH league. Each DIVISION will be MANUALLY LOADED (not random) to consist of the following:
EAST - ALL CARDS dated 1939 and below (Including Negro Leagues)
CENTRAL - All CARDS dated 1940 thru 1977
WEST - ALL CARDS dated 1978 thru 2015
...and pick any Stadium from your ERA also
NO HIGH CARD RULE, AUTO DRAFT WILL DETERMINE CARDS that overlap eras
NO TRADE RESTRICTIONS other than your team MUST consist of ONLY your era.[/code]
Pick your spot - I will take a spot in the EAST and set the league up to make things easy. We will load the EAST then CENTRAL, then WEST.
